"Mom, why don't you and Dad live together?" "There's only room for 2 people in our house, so when you were born I kicked him out."

A couple things you may not have figured: 1-When your building stacks get to the top, the sky will "grow", giving you more space, so don't worry about height restrictions; and 2-When they stack that tall, you don't have to keep dragging the screen so much; you can zoom in/out with the mouse wheel.
